Event overview

The IESE Conference 2026 is designed to offer a dynamic and engaging experience, combining strategic insight, practical learning, and meaningful collaboration.

The conference begins on Tuesday afternoon with some breakout sessions followed by a drinks reception and a delegate dinner, providing an opportunity for attendees to connect, build relationships, and set the tone for the day ahead. This informal setting brings together leaders from across the public sector in preparation for a full day of rich, impact-led discussion.

Wednesday’s conference programme is centred around three core formats:

Transform Talks

Our headline sessions will bring together panels of leaders from across different parts of the public sector, each offering diverse organisational perspectives and operating models. These discussions will explore the key challenges facing the sector today, sharing honest reflections, practical approaches, and forward-looking thinking on how to deliver meaningful, purpose-led transformation.

Subject Matter Presentations

Alongside the Transform Talks, a series of focused presentations will explore specific challenges and opportunities in greater depth. These sessions will showcase real-world examples, emerging thinking, and practical insights across a range of topics, from service redesign and digital transformation, to governance, resilience, and innovation.

Interactive Breakout Sessions

Delegates will also have the opportunity to take part in interactive breakout sessions. These smaller, more hands-on discussions are designed to encourage collaboration, peer learning, and problem-solving, allowing attendees to explore key issues in a more practical and applied way.

Together, the programme is designed to balance strategic perspective with practical application, ensuring delegates leave with not only new ideas, but clear insight into how to translate them into impact within their own organisations.
